It is part of our services to prepare and supply all the legal documents (Leases & Notices). Additionally we provide our landlords with practical legal advice to make the sales or letting process as smooth as possible guaranteeing the best returns possible.Property Inspection
As part of our Full Managed Services, we inspect the property every 6 months of the tenancy to avoid those “bad surprises”. Our staff will carry out this inspection in compliance with a pre-defined check list, and a written report will be sent to the landlord stating the condition of the property and any corrective action required.Rent Payments
It is part of our policies to collect rent on a calendar monthly basis. Further to that, we usually pay out to landlords on an agreed date of every month helping them to maintain a regular cash flow. Rents are paid by direct transfer into the landlord’s account.Our Charges
